Refund & Return Policy

Our refund policy is valid for 30 days. We are unable to offer you a refund or exchange if 30 days have passed after your purchase.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it in order to be eligible for a return. It has to be in its original box as well. If you ordered a custom personalized item, we are unable to accept returns unless there was an error with the content.

We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to inform you that we have received your returned item.

We'll also let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If you are authorized, your refund will be processed to your original mode of payment within a set number of days.

You will be responsible for any shipping expenses associated with returning your item. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. The cost of return postage will be deducted from any refund.

Customers Outside the United States are not Eligible For Returns.
